really good eating and friendly staff. eating was amazing and although it was quite expensive it was worth it. the wee was not too expensive and there was a reasonable choice that was sold by the glass. the only disappointment was that they had no dessert wine from the glass. apparently they usually do. the only one beside was spinat, that was nice, but not for everyone. because the restaurant area is also used for b... What User doesn't like about Schpoons Forx:
The staff were wonderful. My partner ordered the beef cheeks which were perfect and the desert of chocolate cheese cake was delicious. I ordered the Mac n Cheese as rich meats aren’t doing it for me at the moment. It wasn’t very good, tasted of wotzits (confirmed by my partner). Table next to us had fresh cod which looked amazing too. Just don’t go there and eat pasta. It’s more of a meaty place. View all feedback.
The overall experience wasn't completely awful, but the prices do not marry up with the standards. The food was definitely fine, and at half of the price... I'd consider saying it was nice. The service however was somewhere between a WetherSchoons and casual dining, it's definitely riding on the Hilton name. It would probably impress younger inexperienced diners, but I shall not be returning.
Understaffed, sloppy service, unclean tables with half empty glasses in reception bar,we pre-booked well in advance and they messed up the drinks order and tried substituting with a much cheaper product at same price, rude when challenged, food was pretty awful, Christmas pudding was bearable but let’s be honest it’s hard to mess something up that you pop out of a tin and add custard to, chef looks depressed and looks like he hates making the food just as much as you will eating it. Personally I’d avoid, there are far nicer places to eat in Bournemouth

This restaurant offers a quality that is not achieved in the opposite, the preparation, quality of the ingredients and service is on another caliber. this is a must if in the opposite I highly recommend!
Eating was amazing quality and could not be failed. the service was excellent and our waiter chinmay was knowledgeable and very friendly. the environment was great and had a nice atmosphere. do not hesitate in the recommendation . a great experience around .
