Jan, his wife Stacey, and Geza, were incredibly welcoming, bringing the food, wine, and our whole evening 's journey through the tasting menu to life. All in a setting quite intimate, warm, and comfortable. As for the food... this was simply another level. Amazingly delicate, yet bold, flavoursome, and intriguing all inviting the senses to pay good attention as we journeyed through the 10 courses, each leading sensually to the next...
