The clea... read more I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. The servers and manager failed to address ongoing harassment, making the atmosphere uncomfortable. The cleanliness was lacking, and the service was both slow and subpar. The manager had an unpleasant attitude towards everyone, which only added to the negativity. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. I’m giving it one star, but I initially had to give it five just for visibility. The only staff member who stood out positively was Laura, but she mentioned that after just one night she'd already lost her effectiveness due to poor training. The rest of the staff seemed untrained—she didn't even know what beers were on tap because they weren't labeled. This place definitely needs better management and training.
