Best described as soggy, chips were undercook... read more Delivered via Uber Eats, no complaints about the delivery. The food on the other hand, awful, won’t be going back. Best described as soggy, chips were undercooked and greasy, chicken greasy and slimy, nothing crisp in the delivery apart from the coleslaw. I don’t normally bother writing reviews of fast food outlets but this was frankly unpleasant.

They did not have any vegan options available, and did not provide a receipt or update on the status of my order. When I collected my food, I realized that the 2 children's boxes I had ordered were missing chips, gravy, and fruit shoot, and instead had adult-sized cokes. This was not suitable for my young grandchildren. Unfortunately, I didn't check the order until I got home and decided not to return to the restaurant in the cold. Overall, I felt like I did not receive what I paid for and would not recommend this establishment. I do not plan on returning.
