Five Guys has garnered attention for its customizable burgers and rich, creamy milkshakes. While some diners appreciate the modern, clean atmosphere and friendly staff, others find the prices steep for what’s offered. The burgers, often lauded as some of the best, have impressed even the most skeptical tasters, though opinions on toppings vary. Fries are famously large, prompting recommendations to order wisely. While it captures a casual American diner vibe, some patrons feel it falls short of authenticity. Overall, Five Guys is worth a visit for enthusiasts of a hearty, made-to-order meal, even at a premium.

Was Elsie Williams at Five Guys a mag?
This restaurant serves the best burger I've ever had. Even my 7-year-old enjoyed it and the staff were really friendly. I had read about 5guys online before coming here, and it was very helpful. I highly recommend taking their advice and trying the burger, you won't regret it. Even though I'm not usually a fan of burgers, these ones were too tasty to ignore. View all feedback.
What Efe Okunola dislikes about Five Guys:
the first time at five guys. I couldn't hear that the girl took our order and she seemed a little excited, so when we received the reception and realized that the order was wrong, we decided to just eat it anyway. that was okay. the jalapeños were not my type of jalapeños and the mushrooms had these defrosted kaue to them and tasted a little to earth for me. they were nice, maybe if we had the order we originally wan... So glad that Bournemouth had a five guys... There milk shakes are insane... Even bacon flavour which is odd but grows on yer
My man loves the burger. I wish they have a gluten-free / milk free option. the chips are beautiful. the personal has always been really great! only on the side is how loud the music is, I couldn't hear the personal and they couldn't hear me
Great people, Great customer service as it was the first time we went there. Great atmosphere. Food was good, my boys enjoyed the fries cooked in peanut oil. In reality its just a better mcdonalds with more flavour and real burger.
I've never been in one of these before. First impressions were that it was clean tidy. The staff were very friendly. I just wanted to try their expensive but supposedly great milkshakes. 2 of them cost £11 but were very nice.
Decent burgers with plenty of options, and very nice skin-on fries. Not sure the price is justified though. We've had burgers of a similar standard elsewhere for much less. The place is supposed to look American, but it's a bit of a pastiche. It doesn't have that feel of an American burger place.
