I ordered a chocolate ice cream for my son, but was told they were out, so I got him a vanilla instead. I chose the strawberry flavor for myself. After only a couple of bites, I found a long hair in my ice cream, which made me extremely disgusted. I threw it in the bin and decided that I will never be returning to this place again.

I asked my wife for 10p cash and handed over a 20p coin, but was told they couldn't accept cash and had to pay with my card instead. I expressed my frustration at being charged for their mistake, but ultimately paid with my card, which was declined by my bank. I learned that small transactions are often used by criminals to test cloned cards. After several attempts, I finally paid with another card. The interaction with the staff became tense when I made a comment about the small amount, leading the server to accuse me of making threats. Despite receiving my coffee, which was nearly cold by then, I regretted not asking for a refund and cancelling my order. The staff's incompetence and rudeness have ensured I will not be returning to this coffee shop.
