I called three times beforehand to inquire about the delivery status, but was still left waiting. After an hour passed, I decided to reject the delivery and requested a refund due to the extremely poor service.

It wouldn't be surprising if there are rats eating the food in the kitchen. The hygiene rating of 1 star speaks volumes - they only clean the floors with water and it's doubtful if they even wash their hands before preparing food. The microwaved kebab is a complete mess. I haven't eaten here since I was 12 years old, and it's concerning how this place is still open for business.
