The deli we visited was beautifully decorated with bright and airy decor. The menu was very diverse, catering to a variety of dietary needs.

Every time I visit this restaurant, I am always satisfied and my belly is full! The staff are so friendly and they even know me by name! I suspect they may call me "crazy Sally" behind my back, but I don't mind because they always offer me a taste of their newest dishes. If you're in Bournemouth, make sure to stop by this restaurant - you won't regret it! -Sally

The meal was enjoyable, and it was a nice touch that the serving staff recognized us and made us feel welcome. I appreciate that the food here is consistently good, so we never have to worry about it tasting different on our next visit. The restaurant offers a variety of dishes, although there aren't any spicy options, which is perfect since we don't want it to be too hot. The atmosphere is great, with music at a comfortable volume, allowing for easy conversation without having to shout. The service was at a good pace; we didn't feel rushed, nor did we have to wait long for our food to arrive. Plus, they accept taste cards every day of the week for all food courses, which is a nice bonus.

I and my friends went today (11.08.18 at 18 o'clock) to have a nice dinner. the food was absolutely delicious and ladies that served us on the day, were really nice and helpful, especially a lady we think was from Spanish. Unfortunately, the woman who was busy with the restaurant was very rude and rude. we waited for about 15 minutes before sitting, they thought we could just sit down, but we asked a waitress if we could and she told us we had to wait for the dame that goes with sitting. I went and said we could get a place for 3 people? they asked if we had a reservation? I said no and we need one. she answered, it is Saturday and we need a reservation. I was annoyed, looked around and said that they were sitting many empty, she also asked if we should go. she had not been able to see me in the eyes and answered, as we have already set ourselves, we can stay. this is very rude and unprofessional customer service. I know this can be a hard and stressful work, but we all have a job and we have to deal with many difficult situations. I know the front lady is Polish, I'm just as good, so I understand what she said. who is manager or owner, should train the things how to treat the customers.

The steak was cooked to perfection, just the way I like it. The service was also prompt and efficient.
