It wa... read more I've never had such terrible food from your restaurant as I did today. The chicken was dry and appeared old, tasting like it had been fried in rancid oil. It was inedible and is going straight in the trash. There were also no napkins or any spreads or honey for the biscuits. If you're going to keep raising your prices, the quality needs to match. I'm extremely upset and disappointed.

Despite the order being over $100, everything was fresh and prepared quickly. The team here is excellent, and the food was great. When I got to the window to pay, I was shocked to hear that I owed 30 dollars! For 8 pieces of chicken! Needless to say, I was short 5 dollars because I didn't bring my purse that had my other credit cards in it. She asked me to pull forward until I figuredout what to do. Granted, it's raining and cold. My friend sent me the 5 dollars through cash app. I ended up just going insideto get my order. The guy at the counter said he would be with me shortly. I said I'm just here to pay for my order from thedrive thru. Knowing I've been waiting already in the drive through as there were many cars ahead of me, and now to wait longeras he helped guests in the dining room instead of assisting me as my food sat and is getting cold! I've been in the customerservice industry all of my employed life and know how to treat people. I would have just let the 5 dollars slide and consideredthe circumstances. I mean come on! Your menu is way overpriced to begin with! And very rude employees. Customer service sucks atthis location I'm Bountiful. I will NEVER return.
