I never leave bad reviews, but I can't let this one go. I went through the drive thru and ordered a bucket of chicken meal. When I got to the window to pay, I was shocked to hear that I owed 30 dollars! For 8 pieces of chicken! Needless to say, I was short 5 dollars because I didn't bring my purse that had my other credit cards in it. She asked me to pull forward until I figuredout what to do. Granted, it's raining and cold. My friend sent me the 5 dollars through cash app. I ended up just going insideto get my order. The guy at the counter said he would be with me shortly. I said I'm just here to pay for my order from thedrive thru. Knowing I've been waiting already in the drive through as there were many cars ahead of me, and now to wait longeras he helped guests in the dining room instead of assisting me as my food sat and is getting cold! I've been in the customerservice industry all of my employed life and know how to treat people. I would have just let the 5 dollars slide and consideredthe circumstances. I mean come on! Your menu is way overpriced to begin with! And very rude employees. Customer service sucks atthis location I'm Bountiful. I will NEVER return.
I ordered inside for carry out 10/26 a busy Wednesday night. Armis at the cash register was patient kind and accurate! The food was good too.
