I visited this restaurant during a business trip and absolutely loved it. The menu features several unique dishes that all sounded tempting. The blue corn bread was fantastic, and the chicken enchiladas topped with an egg were incredible. The drinks and desserts were excellent as well. This place is a must-visit, and I will definitely return on my next trip.
For drinks, we tried the Campfire Margarita and Touch of Grey, both of which we thoroughly enjoyed. For our entrees, we ordered the Grilled Ancho Steak and the Green Chile and Cheese Tamales, which were also fantastic. While some diners might feel the portion sizes are a bit small for the price, we found the amount of food to be just right – satisfying without leaving us feeling overly stuffed. This was the perfect spot for our date night, and we left very happy.
Zolo is a hidden gem in Boulder, perfect for an exceptional dining experience. The menu features a pleasing southwestern influence. I ordered the Cedar-planked Salmon, which was delightful, while my less adventurous dining companion opted for the Cheddar Burger, accompanied by recommended sauces for a touch of flavor. Our waiter, Alex, was attentive and well-informed about the menu, offering helpful suggestions on what to order. It's often the small details like this that enhance the overall dining experience. I highly recommend this restaurant.
Really good food, great service and felt really safe. They take the covid measures very seriously. They offer virtual menu, offer virtual payment etc. The lamb dip was top notch. We would go again!
Excellent service, delicious drinks and food, comfortable atmosphere and beautiful views. Justin is a phenomenal consultant and we enjoyed him as our server. We originally sat on the terrace, but alarming weather began to roll and the staff ushered us all in the interior (thanks to thinking about our security) and reseated us efficiently, but also in a friendly way. We had both drunk Campfire Margarita and Touch of Grey, both delicious and entice grilled anchovy and green Chile and cheese cakes, also fantastic. I can see how some diners feel that they would not get enough food for the price, but, really, this is the amount of food that most of us should eat for dinner; we both left feeling satisfied and not sick full. We had a data night and that was the perfect place.
