I'm a huge fan of... read more I might be a bit biased, but I genuinely believe we are fantastic! I've been dining here five days a week for the past two years and counting. I'm a huge fan of our carnitas and smoked pork tacos. I can't pick a favorite because everything is delicious! I absolutely love this place and our staff! I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxed tequila and taco bar experience!

When I first got there, the staff was very friendly and a group that is very down to Earth. They absolutly love this town and had no problem talkiing with me about how they got started, why they came to boulder, etc. The waiter I was assigned to was very friendly. He was very polite and compassionate while also being really fun to talk to. It's not often that you are able to meet a guy who wears a batman t shirt to his waiter job so I felt it refreshing as well as friendly and not uptight. The food is to die for. I ordered a carne asada burrito and it has got that mexican flavor kick that's hard to find anywhere outside of arizona. These burritos are also PLENTIFUL!!! A lot of food to devour in such a big and tight burrito that is sure to kick up with flavor. The salad was also excellent as well. Very moist and a great complement to the savory and well spiced burrito. The dessert was also amazing. I ordered churros there and got 4 of them with 2 excellent dipping sauces. Not to mention the churros are well flavored in what i can only explain as a combination between brown sugar, cinnamon and a very sweet chocolate. The dipping sauces are exquisite as well. The chocloate dipping sauces tasted like fudge, and the other sauces was a combination of pineapple, banana, and chocolate all melded together which proved to be a great combination!!! A great burrito and a great dessert and it only costs $15. You can't find that anywhere else. Overall, you will miss out if you don't get in on this up and coming restaurant.

Great portions, very tasty and great friendly service. My friend for the cheese crisp- like a Mexican pizza on a big tortilla- YUM!!! Drinks were great too-spicy mango margarita! Also this place is great for solo diners as they have a nice bar area. Also they have an awesome happy hour!!!
