While many appreciate the recently remodeled, inviting atmosphere and efficient app orders—often delivered correctly and on time—issues with service and staffing remain a concern. Customers report that employees sometimes exhibit a lack of attentiveness, leaving them feeling overlooked when it comes to orders and drink refills. Rude interactions from select staff have also dampened the experience for some. Despite these challenges, the convenience of early hours for cyclists and a generally pleasant setting make it a viable option for a quick meal, albeit with room for improvement.

They've done a terrific job remodeling the store, it's incredibly nice, well-laid out, and comfortable. I order through their app, and they're always on time with my sandwiches, and are made correctly even without myself being there. I regularly go back, and am satisfied.
I got food poisoning from a burnt meatball I was served at this restaurant. I do not recommend this place, as I have been sick for 4 days now.
I have visited this restaurant multiple times, and each time it seemed like the employees were more focused on their tasks like restocking chips, cleaning, or assisting other customers rather than attending to us at the counter to take our orders. It was frustrating when we had to ask for refills on our drinks multiple times before being acknowledged. This lack of attention made the service seem unprofessional and deceptive. I have cancelled orders here before and will not be returning.
By the door that have ordered both wrong sandwiches I work in the restaurant the order is on the bag! the inability that took this plus I am allergic to the paprika on my wrong sandwiches, so they see who does not get lunch today
