My burger was very greasy and the fries were cold. I ordered a shake with malt and they either forgot or gave an undetectable amount of malt. They were not disastrous but definitely need some work. I am changing this review because I went back 2 weeks later and I hada totally different experience. All was good as per usual for Shake Shack. It looks like I just caught them on an off day thefirst time.

The cashier was amazing, super friendly and in a great mood. The food came out quick and fresh. The flavor wasgreat and exactly what we have grown to expect. Black and White Shake for dessert togo was amazing with a great fudge flavor.
