Then we had the burger and the tillamook cheese was delicious; the meat was dry and not really seasoned but fries were piping hot!

But that does not excuse w... read more First, it was CU fraternity sorority parents weekend. Secondly the restaurant was full on a Saturday night, which should be expected. But that does not excuse waiting 30 minutes when seated to place a drinks order or 1.5hrs for the appetizers to make an appearance.It was nearly impossible to get anyone's attention to order a second round of drinks, and when the appetizer dishes were cleared, new silverware was not brought. Which made eating the main course challenging once it arrived. For those who got theirs. (One person out of our group of 6 didn't)But thats ok, as the food was hugely disappointing, lacking flavor or being hot in many cases.All in all a huge disappointment.

For main, We ordered the pizza and the steak, both were quite gross, with dripping oil, and are very salty. we didn't finish a quarter of it. We left and had another meal somewhere else. We also toldthe server that we didn't enjoy the food, and he was surprised and didn't know what to do. They still charged us full price fortheir horrible food. Will not go back.

The food was quite delicious, but the service left much to be desire... read more We had been wanting to try Jill's Bistro for a while and finally went on a date last night. The food was quite delicious, but the service left much to be desired. We were seated promptly for our reservation and ordered drinks and appetizers. However, it took 20 minutes before our server came to take our food order, and we hadn’t received any drinks yet. Our drinks arrived half an hour later, and it ended up being an hour before our first food item showed up. The rest of the evening followed a similar pattern. Our server seemed distracted—not unfriendly, but very inattentive—often walking past our table without acknowledging us despite long waits. Over two and a half hours, we ordered drinks, appetizers, a main course, and dessert. There was also some confusion with the drinks; they didn’t have the ingredients for my wife’s order and simply gave her what I had ordered instead. She didn’t ask for a replacement, but it was odd that they didn’t check with her first. Despite all that, we thought the food was very good and enjoyed the atmosphere.
