This place is like a chipotle, but if chipotle was gourmet and 1000x better. I got a burrito with carnitas and other toppings and all the ingredients were so fresh and flavorful. They do this thing where they mix the burrito up so everything is equally distributed. Illegal Pete's is one of the finest establishments in Boulder. Extremely helpful staff provide a fun, family environment with delicious food and amazing service while Pete's as a whole supports the community through charity and fundraisers. Definitely a class A place
First time trying it today. Really good food but the second guy that helped me was kinda rude. I'm definitely going back though.
