This restaurant is one of the best local spots in Boulder, offering an impressive selection of delicious sandwiches and subs that I've ever encountered! The drink prices are reasonable, the food is fantastic, and the staff is incredibly friendly. They often play great music, which seems to attract a good crowd. There are so many sandwich options available—over 100, I believe! They offer a variety of roasted and cold sandwiches, and everything tasted incredibly fresh. The service was quick and had a unique way of handling the tickets. Overall, I had a wonderful experience!

The sandwiches here are the best! I make it a point to visit whenever I'm in Boulder. They use high-quality ingredients on excellent bread and offer a wide variety of vegetarian options. The place can get crowded when the university is in session, so be prepared for that. Also, it's best to go on foot since the hill isn’t very car-friendly.

I love the huge collection they have. You can try many different things. They are not very expensive and the taste is also good. You have a large space inside to sit with big TVs where you can sit back, chill and eat. Definitely recommend this place on the hill for some subs.

Wow. They have the best subs in town. I always get the Godfather Italian sandwich toasted. The pepperoni is vinegary. The lettuce is crunchy. The mayonnaise is creamy. The tomatoes are ripe to perfection. Despite the long lines due to its popularity, their customer service and wait times are spectacular. They also have fountain soda and a refrigerator. The bathroom is clean on every visit. Apparently they don't take fakes. Which I like because I learned the dangers of fakes through CURJ.
