To our delight, these sandwiches were the best we’ve had in years! The bread was fresh, the vegetables were crisp, and the quality of the meat was impressive—there was a generous amount, too. This is what brought us back today: the superior quality of the ingredients. We had previously stopped eating at Subway due to declining ingredient quality, but this experience has changed our minds. They do not accept coupons, which suggests that the owner is greedy. This raises concerns about other ways consumers might be getting shortchanged.
This location stole my money, I put in an online order and my bank account was charged but they said there was no order. after I showed them a screenshot of the charge that had the date and time they called me a liar. I never got my sandwiches even though the money was taken out of my account. I Would not recommend unless you are okay with the risk not getting food after you pay for it.
The guy working today(Sunday) was so nice. Definitely one of the best customer service i have received so far. Such a nice guy with nice gestures and he made me a good sandwich.

Additionally, I found Subway's customer service to be lacking when it came to processing refunds. When I requested a refund, I was told it could only be handled online. Overall, I was really disappointed with the service and will not be ordering from Subway again.

I used the Android app on my phone, and the ordering process was quick and straightforward. However, when I arrived at the restaurant, I had to wait several minutes behind customers who hadn’t ordered ahead, which left my nicely toasted sandwich cold. I ended up taking off one star for that. Perhaps they could implement a system similar to Papa Murphy's, where pre-orders are set aside so we can just pick them up and go?
