I never got my sandwiches even though the money was taken out of my account. I Would not recommend unless you are okay with the risk not getting food after you pay for it.

I placed an order on a Friday night at 8:50 p.m., even though their business hours indicate they close at 9:30 p.m. I arrived five minutes before the time onlin... read more I placed an order on a Friday night at 8:50 p.m., even though their business hours indicate they close at 9:30 p.m. I arrived five minutes before the time online stated my order would be ready, but the door was closed when I got there. The employee refused to assist me, claiming they were already closed. Even though the online system indicated that my food was ready, I hadn't actually received anything. Additionally, I found Subway's customer service to be lacking when it came to processing refunds. When I requested a refund, I was told it could only be handled online. Overall, I was really disappointed with the service and will not be ordering from Subway again.

However, when I arrived at the restaurant, I had to wait several minutes behind customers who hadn’t ordered ahead, which left my nicely toasted sandwich cold. I ended up taking off one star for that. Perhaps they could implement a system similar to Papa Murphy's, where pre-orders are set aside so we can just pick them up and go?

The bread was fresh, the vegetables were crisp, and the quality of the meat was impressive—there was a generous amount, too. This is what brought us back today: the superior quality of the ingredients. We had previously stopped eating at Subway due to declining ingredient quality, but this experience has changed our minds. We might even come back weekly! A big thank you to the ladies working at this Subway location; your efforts truly made a difference! This was hands down the best lunch we've enjoyed in years!
