What Anonym dislikes about Red Robin Gourmet Burgers:
The service was so poor and when we eventually got our food it was cold. They didn't even ask if we wanted more of the supposedly bottomless fries. If you go to the one in bithel don't ask for Mac n jack beer. It tasted like they are still serving from the fist keg ever sold. Also had to go get our to go containers so we could leave View all feedback.

We love this Red Robin's, we go here all the time and the staff are such kind and caring waiters and waitress. The atmosphere is excellent and the service can be long but they are very friendly and they bring fries to help the wait.
The servers were friendly, the burger was delicious, and the sweet potato fries were fantastic!
Good place for lunch or dinner. Large portions Service was good. Nice atmosphere. They cater to children. I was there with my middle son, his wife, and their son (age 4).
Updated 4/21/24: The food remains delicious, but the service has declined a bit; this could be due to us being a party of seven at 6 PM on a Sunday. Updated 4/18/23: I visited for lunch with a group of four in the bar area. Our food and drinks were served promptly, and the waitress was attentive with refills. Updated 12/23: The menu has several new items now. The service was still good, and I would recommend this place for lunch.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I placed an order through the app for three meals and an appetizer, with an estimated wait time of 40 minutes. When I arrived about 45 minutes later, I still had to wait another 15 minutes. I understand places get busy, so that wasn’t a big deal. However, when I got home, I found my daughter’s burger egg was raw—the white wasn’t fully cooked. I ordered crispy chicken on my wrap, but it was grilled instead. I also paid extra for avocado, only to find it completely brown with no green at all. I removed the brown avocado from the wrap. I had to drive back to get the food remade, and “just to be safe,” they overcooked the egg, so it wasn’t over-easy like I ordered. I specifically told them I didn’t want it over- or undercooked, just right. I placed the order at 7 pm, and it was nearly 9:30 by the time I finally got home with dinner. While waiting, I started typing this review on my phone, and the manager approached me, asking if I was documenting the experience. I told him I was writing a Google review. He then wrote his name, Colby, associate manager, and put it in my bag—though I’m not sure why. I will not be returning to this location. The second-to-last photo shows the new egg, and the last one shows the brown avocado.
After waiting longer than expected without any acknowledgment, I looked around and found my order just sitting unattended on the rack. When I asked if we were only waiting for the drinks, the staff seemed surprised and asked if that order was mine. Seriously? At that point, I checked the food and found it lukewarm—not acceptable! My burger was undercooked, definitely too pink for my liking. I even have photos to prove it! I didn’t have the time to wait another hour to have everything remade. During the other 10% of my visits to Red Robin Gourmet Burgers, they either forget something, mess up the sauces, or deliver the food ice cold to my car. I’ve said this before, but I truly mean it now: if I’m placing a to-go order, I’d rather drive the extra 15 minutes each way to the Woodinville location. I’ve never had issues there, and their online menu has more options. I couldn’t even order a strawberry milkshake here because it only appears as part of a kid’s meal on their menu, which the Bothell location doesn’t seem to offer. #DoneWithThisPlaceForToGoOrders While my in-restaurant experiences at Red Robin Gourmet Burgers have always been pleasant, I will never use their curbside or to-go service again.

Recently ate at this location with 5 kids. The restaurant was busy and running with restrictions. The staff had excellent attitudes and were very friendly they went above and beyond to make sure we were served at the same time and checked up with extras and refills. If anyone reads this review I have been to several restaurants from take to fine dining and all are understaffed, overworked and have limited ingredients available to make your meal please be patient and polite and do not ever be cheap with the tip!

This restaurant is truly one of the best in the area. The staff is dedicated and quick to handle any problems that come up. Cold fries? Not here! Dirty floors? Never! The restrooms are spotless, even during the busiest times. They treat you like family and make you feel genuinely welcome. I absolutely love this place and recommend it to everyone! Just a note: there is NO public Wi-Fi available. Other than that, enjoy your meal to the fullest!
Shout out to AUSTIN, JUSTICE and SAM. Some of the best service I've had probably ever. It was my brother, sister and I. First time us 3 sat down together in over 10 years so it was pretty special but at the same time awkward for all 3 of us. But the peeps we had helping us made it super fun and chill. Austin was so cool and on top of his game with checking in on my family and I making sure we didn't need anything. And he also was hella chill and cool to chat with. Justice kept the water and soda filled ad was so kind. Sam was cool too. Basically they are the only reason I'm down to come back to Bothell for some food.
Not sure if Red Robins is getting cheaper with food and enhancing visual appeal only, but anything from to go trays and stores image is grandiose, like there may be a $500 cheeseburger waiting on a platter with my name on it. Instead, I get what looks like one to two 4-inch round piece(s) of floppy burger matter between two buns. Drenched in sauce, wilted lettuce, stale tasting cheese, and not so crunchy fries (as is I asked for extra crispy and noticed they were still very soft just more brown). I'd still come here for the happy hour deals and birthday/holiday events cause I'm cheap like that.
As many of you are, I am also a fan of Red Robin. Due to Covid 19, I have not been eating out or doing any outdoor activities much. After practicing golf at a driving range, I was so starving and ended up calling to Red Robin in Bothell to place a to go order. By the time I arrived at the restaurant, I saw tons of people waiting in line to dine in. Luckily, I didn 't have to wait in line because I was there just to pick up my to go order. Friendly staff welcomed me and asked for my name so she can locate my order. My order was already available on the table for me to pick up. I was able to leave promptly after making a payment. It was fast, easy, and convenient. This time, I ordered a 'Mad Love ' burger from the finest burger menu. The finest burger is a premium burger offered by Red Robin. It is a little bit expensive than the gourmet burger. It was actually a first time for me to place the finest burger. The burger was very juicy and cheesy with Cheddar and Parmesan crisp, Provolone, and Swiss. It came with avocado, bacon, and other vegetables to make it taste better. I love the toasted brioche bun. You can never go wrong with the brioche bun. For french fries, I asked for 6 different sauces honey mustard poppy seed, jalapeño ranch, campfire mayo, sweet spicy ketchup, roasted garlic aioli, and smoke pepper ketchup. I paid extra 75 cents each for the roasted garlic aioli and smoke pepper ketchup sauces. It was definitely worth it. I recommend to try out the smoke pepper ketchup sauce if you haven 't tried it. Overall, it was a good to go experience during Covid 19!
My family and I love coming to RR. This location is the one we mostly frequent. Service is good for the most part, it can depend on how busy they are. The food tastes great and we love bottomless fries This time we had crispy chicken salad and my burger was Mad Love. We also have Red Royalty rewards and appreciate having a free entry on a birthday and earning 1 free entry after 9 paid entries. That's so cool

This restaurant has been in Bothell for a while and is a fantastic spot for a quick meal and drink. The staff is friendly, and the food is delicious too!
I really dislike this Bothell location. 90% of the time the order is not ready when I get there (and I usually get there on time, and expect to wait I 'm very patient . Today, I arrived at the est ready time. Called curbside, they said it was stillbeing made. Waited 20 minutes (total of 45 mins from submitting it online and watched multiple people pull in and out so I wentinside. The young lady mentioned to everyone waiting, they were having a kitchen issue and were short staffed so the wait timewas a little longer. Fair enough. After a few mins of waiting and/or to be acknowledged personally, I looked over and my orderis on the rack!!! I asked if we were just waiting for the drinks and she was shocked and asked if that was my order?? Really? Atthat point I checked the food, and it was already Lukewarm!! Not ok! My burger was pink too! I mean, I don 't mind a littlepink, but this was pretty damn pink! I have pics to prove! I didn 't have time nor was I going to wait another hour to have itall remade. The other 10% of the time, they either forget something, make a mess of the sauces, or the food is flat out cold uponmaking it to my car. I know I 've said this before, but I 'm truly sticking with it this time, if I ever want a to go order fromRR, I will drive the extra 15 mins each way and go to the Woodinville location. I 've never had an issue there and they have moreoptions on the online menu. I couldn 't even order a strawberry milkshake, (unless I attached it to a kids meal, which I tried tobut it magically didn 't appear upon hitting place order , from Bothell location! #DoneWithThisPlaceForToGoOrders I 've alwayshad a pleasant experience with dine in but I will never do curbside/Togo again here
My recent visits to this Red Robin have been quite disappointing. I'm not sure how long the new changes to the menu have been in effect, but I'm not a fan. It feels like Red Robin has lost its identity; pizza definitely doesn't belong on the menu. Many of my favorite dishes have disappeared, and the quality of the remaining items has declined. While the service is friendly, order mistakes happen frequently. My sons still enjoy coming here for the milkshakes and bottomless steak fries, but aside from that, there's not much that would entice me to return.
I have left this restaurant twice and have decided not to return. During my first visit, I went with a vegetarian who specifically requested a salad without bacon, but they ended up serving a different salad that also had bacon. Last night, I took my 6-year-old granddaughter, and while the service we received from our server was outstanding, it didn’t make up for the truly terrible food. I usually enjoy Red Robin and have had good experiences at other locations, but this particular one has had ongoing issues for a few years. I normally don’t write negative reviews, but I’m frustrated about wasting my money there on multiple occasions.
We recently ordered To go from Red Robin from Bothell Everett Highway. order was ready on time and curbside pickup was so quick and helpful. Burgers and sides tasted good. I felt even for kid?s portions, mac and cheese quantity was less. kids juice in aleak-proof box would have been convenient
