While the staff were friendly, they were out of some types of bread, and the drink station was quite messy. Also, the floor was dirty. The self-order terminals were a bit confusing to use, and the buzzers weren't functioning.

Portions are MUCH smaller now and prices MUCH higher. My turkey BLT was all bread and very little toppings. Bye Panera!!!
