Was Baron Thomas at Panera Bread a mag?
I love Panera, I really do, but imagine my disappointment when getting home and after finishing my Bacon Turkey Bravo and Tomato Soup Pick Two...then reaching for the chocolate chip cookie I ordered...only to pull out a disgusting Oatmeal Raisin Cookie?!?!?!?!?!??!!?!?!? : View all feedback.
What Jill Rush dislikes about Panera Bread:
This restaurant used to be great, but it has really declined. I understand that prices have increased, but the cost hikes don’t justify the use of thin bacon with barely any on the sandwich. The salad was decent, and the mac and cheese was just okay. We had to place our own order and weren’t greeted upon arrival. The mac and cheese wasn’t very warm and needed reheating, and we felt ignored when we asked for help. Whe... View all feedback.

I spent $40 on a sandwich, a soup, and a drink, which I think is too expensive. While the staff were friendly, they were out of some types of bread, and the drink station was quite messy. Also, the floor was dirty. The self-order terminals were a bit confusing to use, and the buzzers weren't functioning.
Amazing Panera Bread location. The food was fresh. They had an issue with our order but were prompt enough to remake our sandwich. Highly recommend.
Did not receive ordered items. Had to drive back to the store to get our sandwich. No apologies and no accountability from the staff. Portions are MUCH smaller now and prices MUCH higher. My turkey BLT was all bread and very little toppings. Bye Panera!!!
Once a reliable neighborhood spot, this branch shows uneven performance: busy, convenient location and helpful catering staff contrast with rising prices, shrinking portions and inconsistent inventory (often out of signature bread). Diners report cold or lukewarm dishes, order errors, confusing self-service kiosks, messy drink stations and occasional surly service, though employees can be friendly and the team handled a catering scheduling error graciously. Expect a bustling, casual atmosphere—good for quick corporate orders but frustrating for those seeking consistent quality and value.

I accidentally scheduled a breakfast catering order for the wrong date and time, but they kindly agreed to deliver on the updated date and time at no extra charge. I was prepared to pay an additional $280 for my mistake, but they showed me incredible grace and understanding. It was truly impressive! I'm very grateful for their support. We rely on them for all our company meals. Kudos to this cafe!
