Feedback
Hana Sushi is a restaurant that seems to have mixed reviews. Some customers were disappointed with their dining experience, noting that the quality of the food did not meet their expectations. Complaints ranged from the taste of the dishes, the freshness of the ingredients, to the slow service. One customer was particularly underwhelmed by the small portions of their takeout order, feeling that the value did not match the price. However, in contrast, other customers were fans of Hana Sushi, praising the speed and friendliness of the service, as well as enjoying the sushi offerings. Overall, opinions on Hana Sushi seem to vary, with some finding it a favorite spot while others were left unimpressed.
I like this restaurant Some ppl say that rolls are small but I didn't really feel that way because maybe I am Japanese.
Hana Sushi is my go-to sushi place when I don't want to drive in to Seattle.
Food was very goodThe salmon was especially goodIt was so tender - delicious.

Tofu in the miso soup tasted like it was almost going bad. Chicken karaage was okay but breading felt a bit thick and undercooked. It wasn't raw but felt a bit doughy. Salmon kama was a bit dry, the dipping sauce helped though. Ordered sushi combo and spicy sushi combo as well. Fish smelled a tiny bit fishy but was otherwise edible. Nothing I ate felt like it was better than grocery store sushi. Fish didn't feel like it was as fresh as it could've been and flavors were a bit dull. Spider roll was okay but breading on the crab felt a bit thick and you couldn't really taste that much crab. Of the 5 dishes I ordered, none really stood out and I don't think I'd order any of them again.
