Which Wich Superior Sandwhiches - Boone

I love which wich my favorite sandwich shop for toasted/heated subs by far!!! Will def be going back. Just make sure if you have a coupon they apply it before you pay bc they are kinda bad about taking it and then after you see the total doesn't reflect the coupon they wont fix it just say use it next time. Happened to me and a few other people I know.

Which Wich is one of my favorite sandwich places. Their format has you write what you want on a sandwich bag, and then they make it from those instructions. Their chicken is very good. I love the house chips, and the whole brand of which Wich is fun and chill. The workers are great and helpful, and always make you feel welcome and comfortable. Love this place, check it out if you are looking for above average oven baked sandwiches for a decent price.

This review is written after our second visit to Which Wich. First I will tell you about the first visit. We had never been to Which Wich before so had not a clue what to do. The gentleman at the register helped us out by going to get the bag and writing down what we ordered. He had plenty of time to help us even though the place was full. The gentleman who made our sandwich was pleasant and asked where we were from and what we were doing in Boone, he was pleasant and the customer service was great. The sandwiches were the best, each bite almost melted in your mouth, the meat and veggies were placed just right for the perfect bite every time. After this visit I would have given the place a 5 star! Not so after our second, we sat in our truck for about 10 minutes before entering the store just talking, I had noticed no one in the eating area upon our arrival. When our conversation was over we entered the building, finding cardboard boxes laying on the floor. We filled out our order and brought it to the register. The young woman who was working there on July 13, 2018 at 530PM was not happy to see us. Now they may have been busy but not while we were in the parking lot that is for sure. There were two customers seated eating their food. She young woman rang us up, we paid in cash, we were asked if we wanted a receipt and that was that! No hello how you doing, no thank you for our purchase.I am not sure if she was working alone this night but she also had to make our sandwiches, she was NOT happy. I went and sat in the window area while the sandwiches were being made, I did not want to deal with being made to feel my business was not needed! I looked around at the few tables there and each and every one was dirty, good thing we planned to bring our sandwiches home. I could not help but think she had at least 10 minutes to wash down the tables. While sitting there the other 2 customers had finished their meal and on the way to the door said thank you and good bye, she never acknowledged them. Since I was sitting near the exit and the trash can I heard one guy say, boy we messed up her night by coming in here. I had to agree with them and I did, we agreed all 3 of us the customer service on 7/13/2018 was horrible. Our sandwiches were made, she passed them on to my husband and never once said thank you even though he did. Will we go back again? sure their sandwiches are great and our first experience with them and customer service was great. If she is working we will just walk out and go some place else, after all we dont want her to have to work for her money.

We had a decent experience eating here. We were in a rush for time, and only had roughly 30 minutes to grab a bite to eat and make it to our destinations. We walked in, and I found ordering to be slightly confusing. You have to mark what you want on a paper bag, pay for it and wait. However, after we placed our order our food was ready in a little over five minutes. The bread was excellent, and the meat was good too (They have vegetarian and even a vegan option). My only problem with my sandwich was wanting light yellow mustard, but they must have put on heavy, because it was all I could taste on my Club sandwich. However the other sandwich, the Gyro, was very good, but only slightly dry. Now that I know how to order here and to watch out for their sauces, I believe I would have an excellent meal here next time. Definitely better than the local Subway! Expect to pay between $6-9 per sandwich, before getting a drink/chips.

We ordered 2 simple sandwiches online and the pickup time was 6:07PM. Got there on time and the place had only 1 customer but the people working hadn't even started making our food. Needs new staff. Giving it 1 star because when your one job is to make sandwiches and you get an order to make sandwiches when you're doing nothing, and then you don't make the sandwiches, you shouldn't have a job.
