But 2 of us ordered the short... read more We have eaten here many times and the service is always outstanding. Bea was especially attentive for this visit with our family. But 2 of us ordered the short ribs and found them tougher rather than the drop-off-the-bone tender that we felt they should be. Otherwise my Denver Elk was excellent as was the Bison.

The dishes are unique and always prepared to perfection. This place has become a favorite of ours and we make sure to stop by whenever we are in the area.

Our server, Emily,... read more I had never experienced fine dining before, but this restaurant exceeded my expectations. My girlfriend had a wonderful birthday dinner here. Our server, Emily, was very friendly and answered all of our questions, checking in on us frequently. They even gave my girlfriend a free dessert for her birthday. Overall, it was the best dining experience I have ever had, with some of the best food and atmosphere in town.
