I’m in town for the weekend and while shopping I noticed this cute bakery and had to go in. I purchased two cupcakes and one slice of cheesecake for my boyfriend. First, the cheesecake was inedible. It was so dried out in all the edges that only a very tiny sliver in the center of the slice was soft enough to even resemble cheesecake. Then both of my cupcakes were super dry as well. Absolutely wonderful experience using Sassy Cat. Elizabeth is incredibly talented and worked with us to create the perfect cake for our daughter's birthday. We will definitely be coming back!

Elizabeth made a cake for my wedding rehearsal dinner and it was beautiful and delicious! We decided on the flavor and sent her inspiration pictures for the design and when we got the cake we were blown away by how amazing it looked and tasted. Our friends and family were also very impressed. It was also extremely affordable for how large it was and how much time she must have spent making it. She also made our cookie favors for the wedding, which everyone loved and not a single cookie was left behind. 12/10 highly recommend and we'll be going back for an anniversary cake.

Ms. Cole and her staff were always very friendly and didn 't mind answering all my nervous mother-of-the-bride questions. The cake and cupcakes arrived on time and were beautiful and delicious. I highly recommend the cookie dough cupcakes and the orange marmalade cake! Delicious!

Sassy cat handled the two tier cake for our reception, sheet cake for service, gluten free cupcakes AND cookies for my rehearsal dinner. Elizabeth could not have been more helpful from the minute we came for our tasting (which we have both said is one of our favorite moments of wedding planning). everything was unbelievably tasty, gorgeous, and of the utmost quality. can't wait to celebrate something again just to give me a reason to come Boone and get more baked goods!

Just picked up our son's 30th bday cake/cupcakes. We are from out of town so I ordered online. Elizabeth from Sassy Cat Bakery was so easy to deal with and I was more than pleased when I made the pick up this morning!! What a beautiful job and my son loved it!! Highly recommend!
