Mcdonald's - Blue Ash

I’m not sure if it’s training or just not able to read and follow basic directions but this location always gets my orders wrong. Nice people but can’t get an order right for nothing.

How can you serve stale bagels at 6:30 am??? Disgusting. Where are the standards?

Took close to an hour and a half for our mobile order and then didn't even give us the whole order. Extremely frustrating experience.

Using the McDonald's app, you can always find a good deal.

I think the employees are pulling one over on customers as there 's no way these 2 plain hamburgers are over $3 each! When asked at the window, she rudely said prices went up. I should have asked for a receipt to verify whether some fishiness was happening or not.Buyer beware.
