Waited almost an hour in their drive through just for them to tell us they didn't have what was ordered. Worst service in town by far
Worst KFC ever. The staff is rude, they refuse to ever make any potpies. Stay away from this place. Drive down the street and get taco bueno instead.
Long waiting, not reading chicken, was 20 minutes waiting for order. Workers fight. Hope chicken is good. Finally our order got 25 minutes later. We drove home and man was the best KFC ever. It was worth waiting.
That store is totally a failure, 1. Wrong price on food, employed Said they have no time to change price 2. Not giving you what you orde,example they will give you a nasty cookie instead of a Biscuit, Manager treat you like u coming over there to beg forfood Please don't wate your time ..Mcdonald is better
This is the second time we 've drove from Colorado City to Big Spring to get KFC. The first time they had no chicken thawed out and she said all they had were sides. (Why be a chicken place if you can 't or won 't sell chicken) We called ahead of time thistime to make sure they had plenty of strips. We get to the drive thru and the lady taking the order tells us it 's gonna be a 45minute wait to get our food. We told her that was fine (we were willing to wait) then she says oh nevermind I 'm not takingorders at this time. I 'm not going to put in any more orders, come back later tonight. We went to Gills instead and got hotfresh food. We will never go back to KFC again!!
