Two they got our drinks wrong... read more This is the worst kfc I ever been to. One they make us park in the parking lot no one in front of us or behind us or even waiting. Two they got our drinks wrong had to go inside to get that fixed still no food ready or brought to us 3 whenever they bring our food out no forks or spoons so had to go back in the lady behind the counter told the man to get us forks and he said ugh again well if they would have gotten everything right the first time we would have never had to go back in and that isn't even the last thing we ordered chocolate chip cookies nope didn't get them either I told my husband never mind I ain't going back in for a 3rd time I been in fast food for years this isn't how you run a business oh and thanks for the raw chicken as well

However,... read more I hadn't been to KFC in three years, but decided to go yesterday. As I looked at the menu to decide what to order, I attempted to pay with a $100 bill. However, I was rudely told that they couldn't accept it because my meal was less than $50 and there were no signs indicating they couldn't take larger bills. The food I received was overcooked and had raw dough under the fried layer. I had to remove the skin just to try and eat it. Additionally, the ice machine was out of order and the staff didn't inform me until I asked for ice. Furthermore, I overheard employees gossiping about another coworker in a disrespectful manner. To my surprise, the employee who took my order turned out to be the general manager. If someone like that is the general manager, I can only imagine how poorly the rest of the staff must be treated in terms of rudeness and lack of professionalism.

This establishment is in desperate need of more attention, as the equipment is not func... read more I would strongly advise to steer clear of DEFINITELY IGNORES Restaurant. This establishment is in desperate need of more attention, as the equipment is not functioning properly. The staff members are fantastic, especially considering the challenges they face with faulty equipment. It is clear that the restaurant's equipment is severely neglected and either needs to be repaired immediately or replaced entirely.

The first time they had no chicken thawed out and she said all they had were sides. (Why be a chicken place if you can 't or won 't sell chicken) We called ahead of time thistime to make sure they had plenty of strips. We get to the drive thru and the lady taking the order tells us it 's gonna be a 45minute wait to get our food. We told her that was fine (we were willing to wait) then she says oh nevermind I 'm not takingorders at this time. I 'm not going to put in any more orders, come back later tonight. We went to Gills instead and got hotfresh food. We will never go back to KFC again!!
