The service here is exceptionally quick, and the staff is always really friendly! Whenever I'm in Big Spring, I prefer coming to this location over the Taco Bells in Midland or Odessa. View all feedback.
What Anonym dislikes about Taco Bell:
I received my order incorrectly at Taco Bell. Since we don't live close by, I couldn't return it. I called and spoke to someone who claimed to be the manager, but she refused to offer a refund. My intention was simply to inform them of the mistake, not to request a refund. Room was Clean Comfortable. Check-in was fast. Room was quiet. Free Breakfast was better than most provided by hotels. Wifi worked fine.
There was only one person there for breakfast. I know she was doing all she could, but she did not tell us that she was the only one there and that our food would be very delayed. It was 35 to 40 min. Had she told me I could have decided weather or not tostay and order. I was not Givin that option. Very disappointed. Then the food was not prepared properly. No sauce. Yourbreakfast leaves alot to be desired with no sauce.
This taco bell is awful. We ordered two soft tacos and stayed in line for 40 minutes with little to no gas and still haven?t got our food the women in front of us drove off and i could see she was upset leaving without her food.
