Food was cold, order was missing 3 items and when I tried to explain the issue the employee didn't seem to understand... read more Usually fine in my experience. Bad lately. Food was cold, order was missing 3 items and when I tried to explain the issue the employee didn't seem to understand the problem or that it was something they were both supposed to, and allowed to fix as far asthe food being cold. They did provide the missing items. I'm not gonna take it out on the employees, but they need bettertraining.

I know she was doing all she could, but she did not tell us that she was the only one there and that our food would be very delayed. It was 35 to 40 min. Had she told me I could have decided weather or not tostay and order. I was not Givin that option. Very disappointed. Then the food was not prepared properly. No sauce. Yourbreakfast leaves alot to be desired with no sauce.
