We were charged almost $100 for three meals, plus two extra items we didn’t expect to pay for. After the manager intervened and scolded the staff for not knowin... read more We were charged almost $100 for three meals, plus two extra items we didn’t expect to pay for. After the manager intervened and scolded the staff for not knowing the refund policy, we only received a partial refund. On top of that, we had to pay again for the items we actually wanted. Bianca M., who took our order, handled the situation well despite being clearly overwhelmed—she deserves recognition or a better position. Some of our food was also forgotten, and when we went back to pick it up, the managers left the store while the drive-thru employees took off their headsets. I wouldn’t recommend this location, and we’ve reported the issue to corporate.

I want to thank her for bein... read more At Arby's, Tammy was an absolute gem. She kept a cheerful attitude throughout, even when faced with Pam's confrontational behavior. I want to thank her for being an excellent example of how to handle a stressful work environment, especially while managing the busy menu.
