I am excited to discover another restaurant with vegan breakfast choices. I was informed that their fries are prepared separately from any meat, which is a big positive. The breakfast menu offers 3 vegan options, and I tried the veggie option which I really enjoyed. You can taste the turmeric in it, but it's not overpowering. Some of the vegetarian options can also be easily made vegan. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about The Flying Egg:
If you like healthier breakfast options this is the place for you. The place itself is very cute and I love that they have drinks for a fun brunch, but theres not as many options as roasted in southside. The avocado toast is small and not very filling. The other dishes are more healthy, not as exciting to me. I enjoy it here and its good to come with omni friends, but wish there were more options View all feedback.
First time, but not my last! Service was excellent and food was so good!!!
Today I tried the Greek omelet. Got it without tomato. It was okay. The flavors were all good, but I probably won't order it again. I've gotten the steak and eggs before and that's amazing.
The reason i am rating this place so low (let alone giving it two stars) is because the waitress was nice, but simply because the food was very bland/tasteless the restaurant looked very dingy and dirty the menus were sticky i was very disappointed. I'm sorry but the reviews did not match the experience i just had September 2nd 2022 at 9:30am. The quality of the food was not tasty nor did it fill my breakfast needs. The eggs were so cooked to the point they were dry, the chicken i could have made better at home, the gravy and the syrup did not help whatsoever. The pork roll looked literally like bologna. The coffee was good, and the breakfast potatoes that was it. The steak was well done asked for medium well very dry had to use A1. Personally i thought from everything i read this must was a must now i am mad at myself for spending this much money on a poor meal i could have made at home. This place was over priced nothing was extravagant mind blowing tasty or nothing. I honestly would not go back. If your looking for flavor for taste seasoning unique meals this is not the place.

Food was amazing. It does take a while to come but everything is fresh. The atmosphere was amazing. I will be returning.
