Feedback
The Flying Egg offers a charming atmosphere ideal for brunch, featuring a selection of healthy breakfast options, including vegan dishes. Diners have enjoyed the unique breakfast cocktails and some standout meals, like the vegan skillet and steak and eggs. However, there are notable complaints about the food quality, with several guests describing dishes as bland and poorly executed. Service varies; while some experiences highlight attentive staff, others mention being rushed. Although the ambiance has potential, cleanliness issues and noise levels have detracted from the overall experience. The Flying Egg's strengths may still attract a loyal following.
Food was amazing. It does take a while to come but everything is fresh. The atmosphere was amazing. I will be returning.
My husband and I visited the Flying Egg for lunch on December 31st. It was our first time dining there, and we discovered it through Happy Cow - thank you! While not a fully vegan restaurant, the vegan options were excellent. I ordered the Vegan Skillet and my husband had the Greek vegan wrap, both of which were delicious and satisfying. The portions were generous, and I had to take half of my meal home. The restaurant itself is on the smaller side, but the atmosphere was lively and welcoming. My only criticism would be the coffee, which was weak and lukewarm. In my opinion, coffee should be strong and hot. Despite this, I would highly recommend Flying Egg for breakfast or lunch.
Cozy and very elegant staff is amazing and friendly. Food has amazing flavor no need to add anything to your food. Very diverse atmosphere and welcoming to everyone. Service is fast coffee is amazing. Best steak and eggs I have tasted in awhile. Will begoing back again.
The food was good. Our waitress was new but did a great job. The drinks were good. Definitely recommend the apple cider mimosa. The food took a bit of a wait but they were busy which is a good sign so it wasn't a big deal. The homefries they makeare delicious. We sat outside. It is nice being able to just sit and people watch on a lovely day, only downside is the waspsthat won't stop bothering you.
