Mary was a fabulous waitress? friendly, attentive and helpful in her recommendations. Our food came out quickly and was delicious! Highlyrecommend the specialty pancakes and egg sandwiches. We were visiting from out of town and Mary was very personable in guidingus around places to go in Bethlehem. Mitzi?s is a great place to start your day!!

Once seated I waited a few minutes for the server to come, but once she did.. she was amazing, knew the specials she was very personable and lovely. Iorder my coffee and food and it came out fairly quickly! The service was great. The Jamaica me happy coffee and cinnamon rollpancakes were great. I'd definitely go back!

Potato pancakes were very tasty. Even the coconut coffee was good. All around good food and willdefinitely be back.

Its small inside and can have a longer wait, at times, but it is completely worth it. Prices are very fair and service is excellent.They have something yummy for every type of foodie, plus good decaf, regular and flavored coffee. Highly recommended.
