I ordered 2 dozen donuts for delivery and received munchkins and hot chocolate. When I called to correct the order I got nothing but and attitude from 2 separate people. Incompetence at its best. I will never order from here again and I advise against anyone else going here.

Service is great and very friendly, but this is the 2nd time I had to spit out a mouth full of grinds as I got close to the bottom of the cup.

I?m not sure who the ?shift lead? was on December 3, 2022 but whoever it was needs to be fired. My sick mother just went through the drive through with my young... read more I?m not sure who the ?shift lead? was on December 3, 2022 but whoever it was needs to be fired. My sick mother just went through the drive through with my younger sister who is a 12 year old child, and the person running the drive through got very nastywith her during the order over the brand of chocolate syrup. When my mother went to the window to confirm she got chocolatesyrup and not mocha, because mocha is for coffee and is NOT the same despite what the drive through worker was saying, the shiftlead came to the window and started yelling at my mother and cursing at her as well. We did not get a name. I?m going to thestore now to order and will get a name but if not then the manager needs to look into this and handle it accordingly. We usuallyhave no issues with this Dunkin but this shift lead?s attitude and language was completely unacceptable given the situation.This was over CHOCOLATE SYRUP.
