I would never go again. We are from out of state and thought with the high reviews it would be a great place. The service was very slow. My cocktail tasted very watered down, the pop was flat. The food was probably some of the worst I?ve ever had. Thenachos were awful. The chicken was as watered down, no seasoning, and the cheese was disgusting. The beef baron burger was okay.Nothing special. And the beef cheesesteak sandwich was dry and no flavor. Very disappointed.
Giant burger was great! Kaiser roll and angus beef. Olivia was an amazing server and all the new TVs don?t hurt. They recently renovated the restaurant, opened the floor plan, and added numerous seats to the new marble bar. I will be back, often!
This should no longer be called the Beef Baron. The aesthetics are gone. They gutted all the woodwork and it is an open room with tables and a basic Bar. It is loud and bright. As a Bethlehem Native we enjoyed the OLD setup because it was cozy and thefood was basic and good. The food now is not good. The Chili is like paste and tastes burnt like it has been sitting in the potall day and it was barely Luke warm when served. The cheese steak didn't have the meat finly chopped and I didn't see any onionsin it not to mention for $11 it was light on the meat. My wife and I and all our Friends who have been going there for over 30years will not be going there ever again.
Never expected the cool hidden gem of the valley to be turned into the same generic sports bar you get everywhere else. Food doesn't come close to what it was even though the menu barely changed. Bright lighting and the window view of the parking lotcompliments the total lack of decor. Unfortunately no where near the same place, I think a name change should be in order.
Place is very personal to me.Was once considered the best burger in the county! Ate here consistently in my youth.it has since gone through its 2nd major renovation and the burger was brought back to almost original greatnessmore menu options and clean atmosphere was appreciatedI will be a return customer
