Super Brunch experience with on point service; menu not limited to brunch; accommodated a la carte; great first visit but I endorse you find out for yourself .DJ spins other than cocktail music allowing for table conversations. Too many excellent choices for each of the three courses that warrant our return and this rave View all feedback.
What Rob W dislikes about Apollo Grill:
Just great food and service! The fried chicken sandwich was really good. Tuna tartare was amazing, but the hit was the gorgonzola garlic bread. It was sick! Sick good! View all feedback.
Consistently good! Be sure to get the scallop appetizer and the crab asparagus bisque you won't be disappointed! Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $30–50 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Came here for dinner on a Thursday night with some of my family, and we had a great time! There’s a Thursday night happy hour from 5 6:30, so we got some good deals on appetizers and drinks. We had a reservation for 5:30, which I definitely recommend to avoid a wait. I was able to get the reservation by calling the day before. We had the baked Brie and the grilled beef tenderloin for appetizers both were delicious, and a great value for $10 (the happy hour price). We also got some of their red sangria, which was quite good. There was a special that evening, crispy gnocchi with a duck bolognese. The gnocchi were pan seared to give them a nice, crisp texture, and the duck bolognese was loaded with layers of flavor. For dessert, we shared the Mexican chocolate cake and the crème brûlée. Both were delicious, but I’m a sucker for chocolate peanut butter, so the cake was right up my alley. Definitely would recommend this restaurant if you’re in the area and love good food! Another great spot in Bethlehem. Have been coming here on and off for years. The food is always outstanding. Protein always cooked to the correct temp and food is seasoned well. Drinks are top notched. It's not a large place and can become crowded and a bit loud at times but everyone seems to be having a good time. Definitely a nice little gem..
Nice place. I cannot overelaborate because we went for lunch only. Pleasant atmosphere. Good service.
