Protein always cooked to the correct temp and food is seasoned well. Drinks are top notched. It's not a large place and can become crowded and a bit loud at times but everyone seems to be having a good time. Definitely a nice little gem..

Th... read more Stopped in for lunch with our daughters, and we were very impressed. The interior was very eclectic and inviting, the wait staff were pleasant and attentive. The menu offered everything from salads to sandwiches, and the entrees sounded wonderful. I had the burger, and the girls had the BLAT and Cold Noodle Salad with Ahi Tuna, and we loved every bite. The Apollo is a can’t miss stop in Bethlehem.
