I had the lamb hotpot and the broth was... read more It wasn't the best hot pot I've had. While the portion/price and service was good, the flavor of the broth wasn't there. I had the lamb hotpot and the broth was very bland. I was looking for some kick in it, but I was rather disappointed. The broth was also not boiling, so it made me feel a little uncomfortable because I was conscious if my food was throughly cooked through or not. The sauces available were also lacking in flavors and didn't feel as fresh. I wished they'd have fresh minced garlic/chilli to pair with the hotpot.
