Mandarin Orange, avocado, butter lettuce with green goddess dressing. Pre et Maree )surf and turf 6 oz. filet mignon with Demi glacé, grilled chili lime shrimp, garlic mashed potato, grilled lemon, asparagus. Roses de Pomme ‘ delicate roses of Fuji Apple, puff pastry, creme Fraiche, confectioners sugar, mint and maraschino. Sooo delicious. Great way to usher out all the bad in 2020, keep the good, and welcome 2021 with a ton of hope. Thank you, Zut!
