Nestled in the heart of the Bay Area, this charming family-owned Tibetan restaurant offers a delightful culinary journey that blends traditional flavors with warm hospitality. Patrons rave about the standout dishes, including juicy momos, crispy shabhaley, and flavorful laphing noodles. The Ting-mo, beautifully braided and reminiscent of Chinese mantou, is a must-try, as well as the pan-fried basa fish served with aromatic garlic and greens. Perfect for both adventurous diners and families alike, this hidden gem encourages sharing dishes to fully appreciate its vibrant offerings. Overall, it’s a must-visit for anyone seeking authentic Tibetan cuisine.

I must say, the food here is consistently delicious. Last night, I tried several dishes and absolutely loved the vegetarian (potato) momo (dumplings) and their steamed fish, which pairs perfectly with the tingmo (steamed buns) for dipping in the fish's sauce. The restaurant itself is fantastic. The seating arrangements are cozy, and it doesn't feel crowded. It's fairly quiet and offers a sense of privacy. The decor is beautiful, the ambiance is inviting, and the service is quick. This is a great spot to take family or friends for some enjoyable conversation. They don’t rush you, which I appreciate, and everything is reasonably priced. Plus, they also offer delivery. If you can’t decide what to order, I highly recommend their dumplings (with multiple filling options) or the sha-bhaklay.

The best Tibetan restaurant in the Bay Area, hands down! I've never been let down by their food or service. It's also an excellent choice for a small private party, as they are very accommodating.

I love this little restaurant! My favorite momos ever! I love the chili sauce enough to have it shipped to Colorado. Lol.

The spice combinations of all the items I have tried here are out of this world. I have enjoyed both vegan momos, the vegan curry and the vegan soup with handmade noodles. The spicy sauce you can ask for a side of is also to die for. The service isabsolutely the sweetest type.
