I thought I'd tr... read more The staff has the personality of a paper clip. Non-chalant, drilled and a can?t harassed energy. Drink, hot coffee. The food, the soggy waffle. I thought I'd try. Did I wish my $16 and went somewhere else?

They... read more The whole point of going to a juice bar for me is always fresh ingredients from high-quality organic products. I tried two juices and couldn't stop either. They used frozen fruits and the recipe was not balanced at all. It felt no energy rush and it tasted like there was a lot of sugar in it. They present themselves as a raised bar and load accordingly, but they do not deliver quality according to my standards. I think they really need help to refine their recipes and make more about quality when they will be successful. Due to the number of negative reviews I find this a consistent pattern. I don't know why I gave them a third chance, but I won't come back.

I ordered the green bowl and it tasted like ice mud with blows when it should be creamy. I don't pay $14 for good tasting, but unfortunately this wasn't the case. Also the man who works there seems to have upset customers (mind you the place was empty). Maybe I caught him at a bad time. Anyway, I hope they make improvements.

The sea... read more Legitimately the worst UX when trying to order ahead on mobile. You load up your cart and it then prompts you to login, and you have to reload the cart. The search functionality for location is also glitchy so you have to manually scroll through like fifty locations to select your location. It shouldn’t be this hard to spend $25 on a damn smoothie and energy bites. Bless the staff on fourth street in Berkeley, their supply ordering is faulty and they now twice have had to call me since the website let me order things with bananas and they were, out of bananas ! and had to talk me through substitutions. That’s insane that a smoothie place has now been out of bananas twice and mobile ordering didn’t correct for it. Those angels deserve raises for dealing with that bs. Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
