I love project juice more than is normal, probably. My weekend wouldn't be complete without a smoothie! Everything here is fresh and nutritionally dense. Never had a smoothie I didn't like and the parfaits are bomb. I usually go for the Rockstar or Mint Chip. The whole point of going to a juice bar for me is always fresh ingredients from high-quality organic products. I tried two juices and couldn't stop either. The staff has the personality of a paper clip. Non-chalant, drilled and a can?t harassed energy. Drink, hot coffee. The food, the soggy waffle. I thought I'd try. Did I wish my $16 and went somewhere else?
I'm so sad now. I ordered the green bowl and it tasted like ice mud with blows when it should be creamy. I don't pay $14 for good tasting, but unfortunately this wasn't the case. Also the man who works there seems to have upset customers (mind you the place was empty). Maybe I caught him at a bad time. Anyway, I hope they make improvements.

I think they really need help to refine their recipes and make more about quality when they will be successful. Due to the number of negative reviews I find this a consistent pattern. I don't know why I gave them a third chance, but I won't come back.
Acai bowl was drowned with WAY too much super sweet Agave. We ordered an strawberry smoothie that tasted chalky and unfresh. We replaced them with an pineapple-based smoothie that had an impatient amount of cayenne that was unsuitable for human consumption. The biggest disappointment is that nothing has cost fresh and the servers obviously do not taste what they do. It was a waste of $30 and left me honestly with a stomachache.
Wow with the mediocre reviews. I discovered this place on my afternoon stroll and when I came the guy with the tatt sleeves wasn't too friendly. Came first thing in the morning and was greeted by Paulina. I told her what I was craving, what I needed and made suggestions on the smoothies. Got the rockstar and glad I did. Also ordered the Pesto toast to make a great combo. Picked a couple of patches to see how they work.
