The food looked incred... read more This restaurant is located in a beautiful area of Berkeley, within walking distance to UC Berkeley and offering a terrace seating option. The food looked incredibly appetizing and we were excited to try it. I ordered a fajita plate with chicken. Unfortunately, the chicken was quite disappointing. It was tough and difficult to chew, so I ended up not being able to eat it. I did manage to eat the salad and bread out of hunger, even though I usually don't eat much salad. It's worth mentioning that it was a slow Sunday at the restaurant.

The service is terrible, with rude staff who fail to bring your food, fail to inform you when they are out of certain drinks, and even get your order wrong. When I requested a refund due to the poor service, they claimed to have technical difficulties and left me waiting without providing a refund or offering an alternative solution. They even asked me to come back after I had already left the restaurant to receive my refund, which is extremely unprofessional. Despite calling the next day to follow up, I have yet to receive my refund. Unless you enjoy headaches, bad service, and a terrible dining experience, stay away from this place. It was by far the worst culinary experience I have ever had.
