Poor customer service. Feel like my booking will be wasted despite my attempts at amendment.

When I asked for more toilet paper after waiting 20 minutes for a staff member to come back inside from smoking, they handed me napkins instead. This experience leads me to believe that it is an issue with this specific location and its staff, rather than with the company as a whole. They need to do better and hire more competent staff.

The gammon in the evening meal was extremely overcooked and inedible. The breakfast buffet was chaotic, with guests waiting for plates and items like fried eggs and bacon missing. This issue occurred on both mornings, showing a lack of improvement. While the location is good, the kitchen staff need to significantly improve their service.
