Feedback
Flame, a contemporary restaurant in Belfast, offers a mixed dining experience. While some guests praise its inviting atmosphere, excellent cocktails, and delightful dishes like the Citrus Marinated Grilled option, others have highlighted concerns over underwhelming food quality and service lapses. Frequent issues include overcooked meats, lukewarm meals, and long wait times for drinks. The restaurant's modern ambiance often garners compliments, yet seating arrangements near high-traffic areas have detracted from the experience for some diners. Overall, Flame remains a popular choice for its interesting menu and reliable service, but there is room for improvement in consistency and staff training.
Lovely restaurant, superb friendly staff and just incredibly food. Expensive but worth it for a treat.
Really excellent experience when we ate out here as a family in late December. The staff were friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. The fillet steaks were great quality and cooked perfectly (one rare, one medium) and sides sauces beautiful. The other meals were absolutely beautiful aswell, and complimented with a premium wine. We would definitely call here again when in the area. Very laid back and enjoyable meal
I would book Flame for my CEO to have lunch with colleagues/customers without fail. From when it was on Howard St, to now in its new location, the food is always tasty and interesting, and the staff are, with very rare exceptions, personable, efficient and professional. I have also eaten here with friends for lunch and dinner, and they still covered all the bases. A great and reliable place on the Belfast eating map.
The restaurant Flame in Belfast, UK, is truly impressive with their Citrus Marinated Grilled dish. The tangy flavor adds a delightful freshness to every bite. The cozy ambiance creates a perfect setting for a memorable dining experience. The attentive service only adds to the charm of this must-visit restaurant for food enthusiasts!
Very disappointed. Booked online, received a confirmation email, only to turn up to an empty restaurant. Just not good enough.
