Bekash offers a varied dining experience that plunges guests into a world of flavor, yet feedback reveals a lack of consistency. While some patrons rave about scrumptious dishes like the king prawn vindaloo and exceptional service, others lament over overpriced drinks and rushed, unfriendly interactions. The restaurant’s ambiance garners admiration, but it’s marred by reports of subpar food quality, including tasteless sauces and small portions. Was Anonym at The Bekash a mag?
have they gone past the bekash and since it is set back from the street, they do not get a real idea how beautiful this place is. parked up and went in and the inner was like going into another world! the seating area was beautifully designed and the staff was very welcoming. I chose the huhn methi hari (I always order a huhn tikka dhansak for a farewell) and when this showed up, it was the best Indian meal I had cos... View all feedback.

What Snowsquonk dislikes about The Bekash:
I was unimpressed by the restaurant. We were asked for our drink order right after we sat down, without being given a drinks menu. A small glass of red wine and a lemonade ended up costing £16.50, which felt excessive. The food was average, nothing stood out, and the service seemed rushed and unfriendly. View all feedback.

We had an absolutely fantastic evening at this restaurant. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, as always. Despite being a large party, they managed to cater to all of us quickly and efficiently. The food was outstanding with a wide variety of options that all tasted delicious. We were pleasantly surprised by the drink choices as well, especially since my husband drinks Magners, which is rarely served at other establishments. It was a memorable night spent with friends, despite living 100 miles away, we will certainly be returning on our future trips across the river.

In conclusion, the food at Bekash is delicious, but I would advise against being seated in the conservatory as it seems to be where the staff take their breaks. Our meal felt rushed, the bill arrived without inquiring if we were finished, and we were stared at by multiple waiters until we left. Upon asking if the restaurant was closing, we received a brusque "NO" in response.

Can honestly say the food was the best I've had in a long time. Loving Indian food anyway I would like to add that everything was fresh, hot and nicely prepared. Onion Bhajis actually need a mention of their own as awesome!!!!

Because of work I am lucky to have travelled all over the world and can say without doubt the Bekash is the best Indian I have ever visited, better than any Michelin. Don't miss out!
