You’re one of the few veg restaurants in Basel and I’ve genuinely loved your food and service. until today. I placed an order via Uber Eats and it arrived incomplete it can happen. When you order a tiramisu, you’re supposed to get a free item. Well, the “free” item arrived… but the tiramisu didn’t, which means I basically ended up paying for the original freebie (a veganici the size of a grape for 3.80 CHF). But the real highlight? The wrap from your “buy one, get one free” offer. What we received was essentially a piece of flatbread with almost nothing inside. I get cutting costs, I get inflation, I get stocks going down but this? Come on. This feels like a joke. This will be my last order from you, which honestly makes me sad because I have good memories from before. I’ll keep those but I’m attaching photos to warn others.
