He explained the menu and... read more We visited Parterre One Restaurant last night, the food was really good and the Chef De Service Raphaél who served us, was fantastic. He explained the menu and recommended very nice wines, usual level of prices for Basel but very much worth it. The team has recently changed and is being led by an excellent Chef De Service. We were at this restaurant a few weeks ago with a large group. The waiter was very accommodating and the drinks were great. The food would also have been good i... read more We were at this restaurant a few weeks ago with a large group. The waiter was very accommodating and the drinks were great. The food would also have been good if it hadn't arrived cold. The orders sometimes took a really long time. The perfect restaurant for a small group, but unfortunately sometimes overwhelming for larger groups.
