we were 4 people and reserved on 20:30h. table was not covered. from starter to finish we waited 1.5h. no further queries have been received. we have dispensed with this. when we received the bill we asked who the responsible chef was from the evening, whereupon the chef de service came. he has repeatedly apologised and pointed to the account, which was not on the bill. we finally got a consumed bottle of wine offeri... I would like to share my experience of visiting Parterre One Restaurant in Basel. Recently, I returned to this restaurant with my family, and the evening was incredibly enjoyable, just like the last time we visited. From the moment we stepped inside, we felt a warm welcome and the attentiveness of the staff. Our waiter was exceptionally professional and attentive, ensuring that our dining experience was flawless. The highlight of the evening was the delicious food and the excellent wine that was recommended to us by the chef. Every dish we ordered was flavorful and prepared with great care. The wine paired perfectly with our meals and added to the overall enjoyment of the dining experience. And also the speed of drink service. Our first round of drinks arrived swiftly after we placed our order! The overall experience at this restaurant was outstanding. From the delectable food to the exceptional service, everything exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a memorable dining experience. The terrace in summer is beautiful. I look forward to returning to this establishment and enjoying more of their culinary delights.
