Then the e... read more We sat with the owner and talked about his winery, restaurant and hotel. While we did we ate lunch! Starting with the carpaccio which was to die for. Then the egg pasta with white truffle (they were in season and smelled incredible). Then sharing several of the mains all of which were worth having. The service was great and we felt like we were at a place we have been for years. Located in the Barolo the wines were obviously wonderful from his winery. A definite must do when we return next year!
