The terrace was under renovation, and we had a company dinner and lunch. Friendly staff, homemade farri agnolotti, and delicious braised beef in Barolo.
The atmosphere is a bit vintage, but the quality and, above all, the hospitality and kindness of the owners and staff make everything else last. Their wines are also excellent.
A Piedmontese restaurant where you can enjoy typical regional cuisine. The menu isn't overly extensive, but the dishes are beautifully executed. The wine list is truly extensive and will satisfy all palates. I'll remember it for the extremely kind staff, as well as the excellent cuisine. I absolutely recommend it.
Piedmontese cuisine, excellent raw materials, a warm welcome, and impeccable courtesy.
Excellent appetizers, including veal with tuna sauce and exceptional carpaccio. The first courses were good. Excellent service, all the staff were friendly and helpful. Nothing to complain about the wines, of course! The only disappointment was the second course, where the braised beef was mediocre and the zucchini and potatoes, practically boiled, didn't hold up to the rest.

We stayed at the hotel and had dinner here for a family party. It was so good! The staff was wonderful. The room was lovely with beautiful views of the castle and village. The risotto was the best I have ever had —and there were 5 more courses on top of that!
I had a nice lunch with a glass of wine on the really pleasant patio area. The food was good, but there's nicer options in Barolo. However, staff was nice and it was the perfect option to have a lunch by yourself without feeling awkward.
Absolutely loved this place. Had a chance to sit on the patio which held amazing views of Barolo. The Tagliatelle (2), bottled still water and 2 glasses of Nebbiolo were all very reasonably priced. Would come back here in a heartbeat.

We stopped here for a lunch. We had to wait 15 minutes before anyone even brought us a menu (and there were not even so many clients . The food was of such a poor quality you have to do efforts to find in Italy. When we asked for parmigiano, the waitress brought us a used boil from another table (in Covid-times! so we asked immediately for the bill, without even waiting for the main dish. It was obvious we were not happy but no one asked us anything (even though we speak Italian . We were also charged 10.5 € for a very small glass of Barolo wine that was clearly over its top. Conclusion: poor service, poor quality, long waiting times, poor hygiene! It is a tourist-trap

PEOPLE They weren't calculated by the waiters. We had lunch in 3 boys, they gave us a tajarin to the truffle that did not know about truffles, they made us choose between black and white, with obviously different prices, but I swear that black does not even smell truffle, zero. It was cardboard. The braised barol was without sauce, dry and the meat was full of fat and nerves, inevitable. Wine on paper, there was no more in the cellar (maybe) In short, we felt teased, unfortunately often when we see young boys we do not give the importance that instead all customers deserve.

Great restaurant of the best Piedmont cuisine. We also associated the visit to the wine cellar with wine tasting. Splendid welcome and service. Recommended! And Barolo is always a Service guarantee: Dine in Meal type: Lunch
