Service was quick and efficient. Food came out to us quickly and hot. Food tasted lovely. Staff were friendly and attentive and drinks were served promptly. Actually everything was great, we really could not fault any aspect of the visit. It was our anniversary and the resturant had the right ambience. I would definately recommend to family and friends. We have visited before, during a lunch period and were pleased then. This time did not disappoint.

It was delicious, especially the Pie of The Day and the Chicken with Bacon Brie, which was a fantastic combination! We want to give a special mention to our waitress Alice, who was incredibly attentive and provided excellent service. She was efficient and showed kindness towards our children, which was greatly appreciated. Thank you so much for a wonderful dining experience!

We were seated in front of the open log fire, which kept us warm all evening. The service was impeccable and the food was excellent. Overall, it was a fantastic night.
