Nestled by the coast, this charming local coffee shop has garnered a mixed reception. While some patrons rave about the excellent coffee, delicious cakes, and welcoming atmosphere with friendly staff, others have experienced long waits and inattentive service. The café boasts beautiful views, making it an ideal spot for a relaxing meal or takeaway coffee, especially after a trip to the nearby distillery. Guests have enjoyed delightful breakfasts and cheery encounters with quirky wildlife, though concerns about pricing and tidiness linger. Overall, it promises a lovely experience for those willing to overlook its occasional shortcomings.
Brilliant breakfast rolls so well we came back two days later. a bruichladdich breakfast to sleep while the bay to see is a beautiful experience on own faust made even more special by being interrupted by a curious robin who entertained the children for a dae!
Lovely friendly staff with great coffee. Lovely filled rolls and toastier made to order Great views and if your lucky you’ll see otters playing on the rocks
At first glance, the exterior may not be impressive, and I was initially skeptical despite the enticing signs for great coffee. However, this hidden gem turned out to be fantastic. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating, making the visit a pleasure. And, true to the signage, the coffee was indeed excellent.
I absolutely love this charming market shop! They offer a variety of groceries, including alternative milks like oat and soy, vegan snacks, vegan cheese, and fresh vegetables. The coffee stand serves delicious barista coffees with your choice of milk alternative and also has tasty biscoff biscuits. The coffee is quite strong, which I appreciate. You can either relax in their cozy seating area inside or enjoy your meal at picnic tables outdoors. You even have the option to take your food to the beach across the road. Such a delightful dining experience!
