There was more than enough bar staff but it seemed no one had worked behind a bar before. We went to see a band we enjoy and sadly won't be coming back to Sluggers even if the band goes back there.

A friend and I were bowling at Super Bowl and also grabbing drinks from Sluggers. We ordered four rounds and asked the bartender if the kitchen was open because... read more A friend and I were bowling at Super Bowl and also grabbing drinks from Sluggers. We ordered four rounds and asked the bartender if the kitchen was open because we wanted to share a pizza. She informed us that the kitchen was closed since they hadn’t prepared any food the night before and everything was frozen. We accepted that and continued bowling. However, we later noticed that the people in the lane next to us ordered chicken tenders and fries. They were also told the kitchen was closed, but when they inquired at the front desk of Super Bowl, they found out that the kitchen was, in fact, open. The bottom line is that the bartender misled multiple customers because she didn’t want to take any food orders.
